At LS Creations, every item is custom made to order. Because each product is personalized and created specifically for you, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds.

We take great pride in the quality of our work, and every order is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date so we can evaluate the issue and assist you. To help us process your claim quickly, clear photos of the product and its packaging may be required.

Important Notes

  • Refunds or replacements cannot be offered for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer (including misspellings, color selections, or logo placement).
  • Color variations may occur between your screen and the final printed or engraved product.
  • Because all items are personalized and cannot be resold, they are not eligible for returns or refunds.
